Survey, detailed design, and engineering services of approximately 150 hectares parking area, residental units, recreational areas and facilities. Total length of the recrational area is 5.5 kilometers, which is to be implemented in four stages and extends from the center of Kayaşehir to Fenertepe. In addition, there are concert, exhibition, event platforms, amphitheater and plant gardens and 3 biological lakes with a total area of 7,183 square meters.
