The project includes preparation of Feasibility Study (FS) and Detailed Project Report (DPR) for construction of 12 km rail & highway under water tunnel including approach road across mighty river Brahmaputra in Assam State, located in the North East of India. The cross sectional area of the tunnel is 113.04 m2. The project also includes detailed design, economic and financial viability analyses, social and environmental action plans, study of the traffic pattern, alignment study using air born electromagnetic survey, 3-D geomodelling, design of safety passage, detailed cost estimates etc.
