Survey, feasibility, detailed design of 11,000,000 TEU container port in accordence with EU Directives. In order to develop the multi modal transport and maritime trade, a container port in Mersin will be constructed. In this project feasibility report and EIA report were prepared by the Beneficiary. The Consultant was responsible for the preparation of; Update/upgrade of the existing feasibility and EIA reports (notably EC requirements/guidelines on financial analysis (CBA), EIA and Habitat directives) The Implementation design of the project on site, Preparation of the full tender dossier according to practical guide tendering process and FIDI conditions of contract.
